My ‘friend’ insisted that I pay tribute to the Gods of Metal on my 100th public post, which I realized was the previous post, and when he didn’t see Iron Maiden on it he went livid. After treating me to a grand collection of the world’s best words to use when raging at someone, he now sits at my elbow, jabbing my ribs till I include the song. And he also insisted on a particular video of it – Live at Rio because he happened to attend that concert <yeah, he’s one of those shirtless people waving their hands and jumping. You do see him right?? LOL!!>
Iron Maiden – Fear of the Dark (Live at Rio) – This song never fails to give me the chills. I love the everything about the song. It’s one of those songs that always stay with you. One of the reasons why I love metal.
P.S. Kind of obsessed with the song after our gig last week. Like I said it’s given me back my singing voice. I can feel the power in it !!
