Thanks for stopping by!
I will definitely try getting those books. I'm a major Austen fan, P & P being my all time favorite (totally get the Colin Firth bit), so anything related to her would be perfect!
P.S. I'm reading a book called 'Darcy's Story' at the moment, it's P & P from Darcy's point of view...pretty good too.

I came across this blog while searching for pictures of none other but Colin Firth as Darcy. I just watched the BBC series and swear my heart rhythm has increased due to Colin Firth. I haven't read any of the sequels you mentioned, but will have to look into them. Also have you ever heard of the 'Austen Series" by Smith? I do particularly like 'First Impressions' (the P&P adaptation) as it fails to capture the main characters but enjoyed all the others esp. "Central Park" which is of course her version of Mansfield Park. Anyway they are modernized Austen perfect for light wknd reads but with the winning Austen plot! They are by a Christian author so look in any Christian book store, but well written for any Austen fan.

I ordered Pamela Aidan's trilogy through my local book store, and got them with no problem. I've seen them listed on Amazon. A recently published book, "Chance Encounters," by Linda Wells is one I'd recommend. She's an excellent writer. You can find her book on Amazon. (no, my real name isn't Linda Wells, lol).

I share your passion for Darcy and C. Firth!
